Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24 hours during normal business days. You will be notified by email if there are delays with your order. Above map indicates UPS Ground transit times. 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day shipment options may be available and can be selected during the checkout process.

All orders are shipped by UPS (unless specified otherwise in item description), insured, & signature required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/APO addresses. Orders with P.O. Boxes or AFO/APO as shipping addresses will be delayed until we can obtain a valid shipping address from the customer.



Refund and Returns Policies:

At ChiSerenity.com we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 14 day money back refund from the date of delivery if you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase. If your purchased item(s) included free shipping; shipping costs will be deducted from refund total. Please retain all original inserts and packaging. Before returning an item, please us for a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns for most new, unopened items after 30 days of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Products which fail to perform to original specifications through normal use within 180 days of delivery will be repaired free of charge with shipping costs waived.

Products which fail to perform to original specifications through normal use beyond 180 days to the length of the products warranty will be repaired free of charge (parts & labor). However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
