Dry baths (Sauna) expose the users to elevated temperature. If used improperly or by inappropriate persons, exposure to heat can be harmful to health, causing overheating, Hyperthermia, and even death.

1. The following guidelines must be followed: Leave the Sauna immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy.

2. Staying too long in Sauna can cause overheating and even death.

3. Especially at risk are children under 10, the elderly, and those taking alcohol, drugs and medicine.

4. Check with a doctor before using Sauna if pregnant, or under medical care.
